Undergraduates are typically available for six months at a time. This is good for projects or temporary jobs. It can also be great for permanent jobs on a 'rolling' programme with a period of overlap for handing over. Training time is minimised as each undergraduate trains his or her successor.
Typically aged 22 to 25 these are usually final year students, who have been living away from home for years and are fully self sufficient. They can fulfill many and varied roles administration, marketing, finance, engineering, IT etc etc.
